      The CEO is a nightmare, and there is no such thing as work/life balance. Zero rewards or benefits or fun or anything good, you are treated worse than a robot, and no matter what you do, you are not doing enough for them

      - If you are skilled, you'll most probably be given a chance. They usually don't care about experience -Very understanding management on the development side, helps you to grow and trusts you. - Not bothered about spying on you.

      Cons

      So far, I didn't see any. At least not in the development side.
