      none after the new ceo joined Cosway

      Cons

      Force employee to attend event or job that is not included in jobscope such as stock count at warehouse and private event. Not well planning on marketing and keep wasting money on useless project, did not provide bonus for few years same to position promote. Force employee to do health screening at the clinic by CEO herself. NOT RECOMMENDED to join Cosway, waste your time.

      - Easy to reach by public transport - Have some benefits on staff price

      Cons

      - Low bonus & low salary increment - Force staffs to attend event which is not in the job scope - Low chance to get promote unless you are very good relation with superior - Elevator always malfunction

      -Friendly colleagues -Opportunity to learn different design tasks

      Cons

      -There were cases where internal transfers or role changes were used in ways that made some long-term employees feel pressured to leave the company. -Some employees felt that communication from management could be discouraging or overly critical at times. -The working environment sometimes appeared to favor younger employees, with noticeably different attitudes toward more senior staff.
