Pros
Some lovely colleagues to work with. Ken, MD, is friendly and down to earth. Easy to approach.
Cons
Extremely high stress levels. Unnecessary stress at that due to: Never enough staff to cope with workload - just one or two engineers being off unexpected means backlogs and chaos for the rest of the team. Salary did not reflect work expected. Observed issues with staff attrition rate. No training provided No performance reviews / No progression path identified Unpaid overtime expected to cope with demand / no TOIL facility. “Your queue is yours to manage”.
