      Full-time employees are not full-time at all

      Pros

      They are good among the companies that pays under T4 as they provide basic benefits like: EI, RRSP matching, Medical Insurance and Group Life Insurance.

      Cons

      There is no other benefits (bonus, stock, etc.). Once the client contract finishes, they terminate their so-called Full-time employees with no (or minimal) notice.
