      Pros

      Vice President and Director of Programs were awesome at encouraging program managers in developing their programs, despite CEO.

      Cons

      CEO had severe personal issues which caused her to think she knew what was best, but actually misdirected handling of operations. Caused severe hardships for director of programs, program managers, customer service reps and shipping employees. Disaster. Not worth the stress that was brought on by this. Lower pay than what the responsibilities were worth.

      Gossipy environment Poor benefits (expensive healthcare with limited coverage/doctors in network) Everything is always a 911 Nepotism is strong here and non family employees do not get equal pay
