      Flexible work time Casual work attire

      Cons

      Did not pay the correct amount as promised in work advertisement. Work as part timer but expected to work as full timer. Management rushed work for employees. No proper documentation and no proper SOPs. Very bad work management skills by higher management. Miscommunication mostly via work msging in Slack

      Pros

      Great benefits - lunch, breakfast, coffee, tea, everything food you can even remember. Good hardware, ergonomic desk and chairs. Fast processes. Really pro employees care. They give you money (if you are dev) and benefits, but don't look here for higher sense of your work for better world.

      Cons

      You are just a number until you are dev. No growth support, mentoring. Everything is on your own. You can be fired from day to day. No feedback. Sometimes really weird jokes. No processes of all, no strategy or vision - or employees don't know about it, so they can't fulfil it.
