They like many large companies are trying to play the virtue signal way to hard. I have absolutely nothing, harsh to say about supporting your own employees their activates, groups, orientations etc., but a services and infrastructure company does not need to virtue signal in their advertisements and public statements. Be an excellent provider of service and infrastructure and treat all people right. Don't need to virtue signal.
