Risk domain products getting built from scratch. Non performing employees asked to move on. Old employee who created ruckus identified and taken to task

Lot of new product and new technology Central location Lot for self learning
Cons
Nobody to guide in product and technology. Whomever I reach out has resigned and new people are not good enough for guiding. Pressurecooker work environment as juniors are forced to take up higher role without any clarity . No new projects for us. Old projects are messed up. Technology and Product Lead has nothing to guide us only pressure for us to give timeliness Very depressing work environment
