      Pros

      You would be serving a population of students who really need good, kind teachers who will teach and motivate them.

      Cons

      Awful administration. No support: professionally or financially (you have to buy everything you'll want to use in your classroom yourself). Too-long work hours.

      the kids are amazing and easy to connect to

      the boss and head of school scams families/school districts to pay a ridiculous amount of money, then hire young teachers to take advantage of them and pay them very little. the head of the school is emotionally abusive.
