      Toxic - Boys club - Sexism - Clique

      Service Offerings are developing with continued investment.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Laddish mentality at the most senior levels and promotion based on cliques. Deplorable sexism and racism consistently go untackled and are accepted if you are 'one of the boys' (and they are boys!). The same faces are habitual offenders and go unpunished every single time. There are some talented people within the organisation but in all honesty, other businesses I have worked within had better without the poor culture. Talented professionals will outgrow their role quickly and it's not a business that will accept criticism of it's chosen few.

      Pros

      Your hard work is not only acknowledged and appreciated but rewarded personally by managers and directors. Moreover, thanks are demonstrated through bonus schemes, company events, benefits and training. Everyone at the company is approachable and eager to help with any queries one may have. I am empowered to deliver on projects and manage my own time to provide a healthy and happy work/home life balance.
