Pros
Interesting work with the latest open source technologies. Small company so you can make a difference and shape what's being done - more satisfying than being a small cog in a big wheel somewhere else. Suggestions like new software or better ways of working are taken on board by managers so you can really help influence whats happening around you. People are generally good, and from what I see there's not much politics or people playing the game by putting others down. Salaries that I know of are at or moderately above market rate. Working hours are fine and there's good work/life balance. Management is good at allowing early/late starts and occasional working from home. Social life is good and its the first place I've worked with a beer fridge :) Office is in a good, very central location, handy for Dart and Dublin Bikes
Cons
It's a small international company so top-level management seem to travel a lot - limiting the time they are available to actually lead or manage. Communications aren't great in this regard and teams can get mis-aligned. As company is growing, most new roles have been hired in, only bigger teams seem to have promotion prospects and that's pretty rare - so you need to be happy with the role and salary you start in. Other benefits are thin on the ground - no pension or health contributions.

Pros
An excellent leadership team led by visionary CEO who devoted time to building a great culture and environment and who supported our professional and personal development. A fantastic international client base of leading global brands who despite being very demanding brought out the best in us as a team.
Cons
Very large challenging board of strategic investors who over time became increasingly unable to separate their strategic interests as corporate investors from those of the company and its clients resyulting in our CEO being frequently diverted from his main task of running the business.

Pros
Mobile Marketing Company. Can learn techniques of Brand marketing and how clients want to interact with people in increasing the profit share by making use of information available in database.Provides good coffee and fruits every morning.
Cons
Super Politics within team and between team. Politics between managers and team members. No good communication. No career growth. Working as a manager is good,as you can command to an employee. No one listens the voice of employee. No respect for the works done.Awful place to be in.

Pros
Great office and location Focus on strategy and customer value Sustainable approach to growing the business Huge growth year on year and huge potential to grow even faster over the coming years
Cons
Still relatively small company that functions like a start up in some aspects which might not suit people who are used to more process and structure

Pros
Good location on Pearse Street in Dublin city center, close to DART station so good public transport, company is a startup so lots of variety of roles and work
Cons
Given volume of work you are expected to have all required skills, there are very few options to train or gain new skills except on the job. The organization is very stove-piped.
