Pros
Colleagues are great, very unusual and dynamic place to work
Cons
Internal communication is poor and salary doesn't move (negotiate well when you are hired); working cross- departmentally can be challenging since people tend to defend their turf as a default rather than collaborate, not because they have any bad intentions but because its very high pressure and that is the internal culture

Pros
Big team to work with of all ages - very fun work environment and got to practise many of my language skills. There was also lot's of possibilities to be promoted internally.
Cons
They seemed very disorganised between external managers and internal managers
