      - Opportunities to learn as there are many school events - Workflow is organised from previous experience - Home-school partnership. Parents are very supportive

      Cons

      - Very long OT working hours with low pay - Lack of manpower and limited facilities - Demanding monthly assessment and progress report writing - No curriculum development team as support - Inadequate support for SEN children

      Pros

      Colleagues are so lovely and welcoming. Beautiful attention to detail and design in creating a "wonderland" for the kids. Lots of nice toys and tools for the teacher to use.

      Cons

      A little understaffed so asking for teachers to take on a lot of roles and extra tasks without providing admin time or non-contact hours.
