- Huge churn! Huge! People leave in droves!
- Heavy “politics” on all levels.
- Too much “we are a social company” propaganda. This is very untrue and the company is very unethical: paying very different salaries to people coming from abroad and locals – even for the identical positions, rejecting salary increase requests from the employees who then quit and then giving it to the newcomers who replace the ones who just left.
- Low salary in general. Especially on “soldiers” level.
- “soldiers” are scapegoated and quickly leave.
- random and unexplained managerial assignments: managers without qualification in a particular area are given jobs where they know nothing. Imagine a software developer becoming a finance manager.
- Low qualification of mid level managers in general.
- The company slowly becomes the final destination for those who desperately need a survival job, yesterday’s students, etc. Personnel professional quality slowly but steadily deteriorates.
