Cons
First and foremost, there should be an investigation into the CEO, Micky Onvural for harassment. Micky Onvural has said many lewd and off color comments about the physical appearance of multiple colleagues of mine. She also likes to harass employees psychologically. The moment she feels threatened by you, she will go out of her way to make your job a living hell. If you challenge any idea or initiative of hers, you’re doomed. She will decide you are cancerous and will go to any length to fire you or make you so miserable that you leave on your own. She was placed in the role of CEO as a virtue signal from the co-founder of the company and has no actual qualifications. She has no idea how to be a leader or to run a company. She takes credit for the good ideas that aren’t hers and deflects/blames the bad ideas of hers, to others around her. Bonobos has drastically changed from a great place to work to an authoritarian hell. It might become a great place to work again but I would STRONGLY recommend you wait until there is a new CEO. There are many more reasons for it’s decline but if you ask anyone’s honest opinion that works there or has worked there, the majority of it’s problems start from the very top.
