Pros

Colleagues live the company mission, your office is a ballpark, your customers are excited about your product, complimentary meals, sufficient number of days off.

Cons

Many 13-hour shifts over the course of 70 home games from April-September. Lack of training. No overtime pay, no commission.

Pros

Good people all around--easy to get along with and it makes the long hours that you are working more enjoyable

Cons

Higher ups don't seem to know what they're doing and rely too much on the lower level employees to get their own jobs done

Pros

It was a great environment!

Cons

Lower pay, but it was seasonal part-time so it's understandable!
