      Cons

      lack of transparency in the way it is operated in india. Unfair treatment No performance measurements, if you are liked you are a great performer and you will become a bad performer if you not liked by the Country Manager "Speak up " is the culture of the company but it is not practised

      - Favoritism towards certain employees has created a sense of resentment among the broader team. The Indian heads or wind & site heads should give equal opportunities for everyone. - Talented individuals have left due to the lack of fair opportunities and recognition. - Communication gaps between management and employees have led to misunderstandings and decreased morale. - Inconsistent enforcement of policies has caused confusion and perceived unfairness. - Limited career advancement opportunities have demotivated employees. - High workload and stress levels have negatively impacted employee well-being and productivity.

      - Solid work as you get to work on green hydrogen projects which only a few companies can offer - Good bonus of upto 4000 USD every year for everyone altho not in contract - Hybrid - Knowledgeable experts

      Cons

      - No guidance or support for personal growth - no leaders in Indian office - Young managers mean they don't understand employee growth - once the tasks become repetitive, time to leave
