The company tends to engage directly with the client (company) rather than the consultant, which can create a disconnect in communication. There also seems to be a lack of attention to contract end dates, as I experienced minimal awareness or discussion around the timeline. Additionally, after my contract ended, I did not receive any follow-up or outreach regarding future opportunities, leaving me feeling disconnected from potential next steps.
