Pros
I've been with the company for 3 years and have had a great experience so far. Though the initial interview process was difficult, I appreciated that they were upfront and honest about what the entire process was going to be like, with the various assessments and interviews. Onboarding was a breeze and the team have been really supportive the entire time I've been with the company.
Cons
Long interview process but overall it's quite thorough
