Pros
Its 100% remote. You can be anywhere that has conection to the internet. They give you options to grow in your profession and in comunicating in english. The experience will clearly depend on the firm you will be working for.
Cons
The hours depend on the architecture firms neccesity. Sometimes you may work full time / part time, and other a little less. They are supposed to be obligated to give you a minimum of hours, but it really depends on the work load of the firm you are working for.
