Pros

Free scooter rides in seoul.

Cons

If you dont speak good English, you can be hard to succeed in this company. The culture is very very bad. Long work hours with low pay. Employees are mistreated and shouted. Bosses sit in AC office, and juniors work tirelessly without any guidance. All bosses are very young and dont know what they are doing most times.

Pros

The team you hire are your friends.

Cons

- Over work their staff - no work life balance - expenses get paid every 6 weeks ( if you complain they respond with it’s your cash flow issue and not the business) - safety is not a priority - they have not compassion for their staff - care about numbers over safety - all the positive reviews on here where asked to be written by HR

Pros

Nice colleagues in engineering team. Very multicultural. Free snacks in office pantry area. Try out new scooter models every now and then, which is fun!

Cons

The leadership team fired many people inspite of raising a huge series A round. It was all very abrupt. We didnt get a chance to wish good bye to our friends. Very cruel to do so especially when you raise so much money, and job market is so bad. The tech team is good, but the CTO is spineless. He gets tossed around by the leadership team and cannot defend himself. The priorities keep on changing and its really not clear to anyone where we are headed towards. The company is run by young and inexperienced leaders- you feel that everytime you talk to them. User safety, employee welfare, business ethics (yes I mean it, many cases where the company crossed the lines) generally takes a back seat here. Frankly, its not a good place to join at the moment. Not stable. You should do thorough research on the founders, this should give you enough cues.
