Pros

Only pays salary on time Only join if you are in really need of money otherwise don't ruin your mental health.

Cons

There are unlimited cons to share about this company, read carefully even before stepping a foot here: 1) Don't scam yourself by thinking it is a proper IT company, they will ask for your confidential documents like passport / NID to open accounts in marketplaces and payoneer. They work in the marketplace, so do not expect even the bare minimum professionalism in terms of work from them. 2) Company is full of uneducated non-graduate people only having a Polytechnic degree somewhat, they claim it an IT company by not having a single professional of BSC in CSE. You will never see anyone from a reputed organisation /university working here. 3) Totally unprofessional CEO and senior management. Doesn't even know how to behave, they will treat you like a slave as if they are paying you for free. Will force you to work extra hour, even 7 days a week without payments. 4) Company turnover is extremely high because no one wants to work with this company for long. 5) Average pay is extremely low. 6) 6 days a week office with 9 hours duty, which is not true at all, you definitely need to work 12-13 hours here, even without weekends. 7) In total 11 days holiday including the eid festivals, 3-3 for two eids and 5 others. Ain't gonna give you mandatory govt holidays. 8) Disgusting office environment, 90% of the time you will see there is no water in the office, they do not give a damn about the fact how the employees gonna use washroom or even drink water. 9) Low mentality of coworkers and cheap behaviour. Judging you for your appearances. 10) Last but not the least, the HR team. An absolute team of crap, not a single of them is actually a HR professional or hold an academic background in HR. Fully inexperienced, unprofessional bunch of people, do not having any sense of manner on how to behave, do not have the basic informations about the employees. They even loss important documents frequently. Tries micromanaging every other employees in order to hide their own faults. The ceo and management never really heard the word called "Work-Life Balance". So, if you wanna ruin your career as well as mental health, you are most welcome to join this company.

Pros

No pros of this company at all. Talking legal action against them.

Cons

Salary Transparency: There is a clear mismatch between the salary range advertised in job postings and what is offered during interviews. For example, a job post stated a salary range of 18,000–25,000 taka, but during the interview, the offer was lowered to 15,000 taka. Such inconsistencies can damage trust and deter potential candidates. It’s important to be transparent about compensation from the start. Use of Employee Information: The practice of opening Fiverr, Upwork, and Payoneer accounts with employees' personal information, such as their cards and passports, is highly concerning. Forcing employees to provide passports and pressuring them to obtain one without clear explanations as to why, and then keeping these documents near the office, raises serious ethical and legal questions. This feels like a fraudulent system and creates an atmosphere of mistrust. Using employees' information in this way without transparency is entirely inappropriate and should be reconsidered immediately. If such operations cannot be managed ethically, they should not be conducted at all. The business practices in this regard can easily be compared to those of an MLM structure, which is not a favorable comparison.

Pros

Prioritize Fresher people. Learning opportunity for Fresher.

Cons

1. They forcibly collect employees' passports and withhold them without providing a clear explanation of why they need them or what they intend to do with them. 2. They also forcefully create Fiverr, Upwork, and Payoneer accounts using your personal information, without transparency or your proper consent. 3. There is no openness in their operations — they collect and retain personal documents against employees' will. 4. You will be pressured to work extra hours without any additional pay. 5. Their management system is extremely poor, and nepotism is a major issue within the company. 6. The overall work environment is highly toxic, and they do not offer fair compensation for your work.
