I worked at Baseil Associates as an intern in the summer of 2015, and was
offered a position to recruit for this organization. My coworkers are
extremely professional and easy to talk to. They receive consistent praise
from candidates and clients alike. Our president, Ms. Deborah Baseil, is an
extraordinary person who takes the time to get to know our candidates and
guide them through the entire placement process. Her knowledge of the legal
industry is invaluable, both for our candidates and our clients.
The recruiters here know that lasting placements are made only when both
candidates and clients benefit, and look out for the interests of both
parties in an extremely ethical manner.
I could not be happier with my position; it is engaging and interesting.
