Company, or more importantly, the founders don't seem to care about customers at all. They are more focused on what they like than what their customers want. I suspect this is why startup competitors have been eating our lunch. Founders are more interested in stroking their ego's via social media than actually running the company No growth potential. seems like it's being run as a lifestyle company for the founders and maybe a platform for their sketchy management 'ideas'. The end result for employees is there is no way to grow your career here.
