Pros

Staff discount is the only pro

Cons

Really bad company to work for if you want to learn something new a d progress , no effort put into retaining staff. No feedback taken from staff. Some senior management refused to talk to staff, choosing only to speak to management. Decision makers only interested in positive results, no effort put into turning negative results around. At times, some head office staff showed incredible sexism and racism...

Pros

Managers were flexible with rosters and holiday days and made it easy to work around college schedule if part-time. Other staff very friendly and easy to work with. There was plenty of opportunity to move into supervisory/management roles and udnertake more training if you wished.

Cons

Pay only increased once to minimum wage once I turned 18 and then didn't change again despite being given plenty of extra responsibility.
