Pros

easy work and sometimes free food

Cons

- Nothing is done efficiently or professionally. - No real strategy with the owner, it’s all “yes” to everything with no real opinion. - Work is always pushed back frequently until it’s forgotten or is deemed “non-important” - Several employees play loud and dumb music over the speakers to annoy or gag around all day. If you're someone who provides customer service or needs to focus on the work, getting some peace is temporary. - Owner has frequent temper tantrums and takes it out on employees. - Owner sends out rude emails and threats of termination. - 30 minute lunch break only - 3 sick days and 1 week PTO - Work ethic is based on favoritism - There is no HR - Huge turn-over rate - Sometimes you work on weekends - They have more cameras in the office than a normal bank does. - There is no real growth within the company, unless you’re talking about taking someone’s responsibilities, because they quit.

Pros

Free Muffins, pizza and Croissants if that's your thing.

Cons

Overall bad vibe from this company. Either coming from too much micromanagement or the shady currency selling business model against FDIC rules. Very poor benefits. Just like others mentioned. Medical insurance is below what you could find on your own. Very limited vacation, sick time and highly monitored and enforced. Surveillance cameras behind each one's back. CEO and management will monitor each of your step. Extremely vague goals. No metrics to judge performance. Be ready to lie to your customers, as part of the business model. 30 minute lunches, with the Irvine traffic, will only allow you to eat home cooked food in the break office. No outside lunches are manageable in 30 minutes. Weekend labor will be enforced and monitored. If you're lucky to get a job involving one repetitive task - you'll do fine. No long time opportunity - business will close either when they run out of Zimbabwe dollars or FDIC freezes their accounts. Owner will constantly remind everyone they can get fired. (this one actually made me smile)

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Management is making the appropriate changes to move forward in a positive manner. However I would like to mention that we are not a bank so we have zero affiliation with the FDIC meaning the FDIC rules do not apply to the company.
