The Best SME Bank Mexico ( SMEs ) according to specialized British magazine Capital Finance International, work-life-balance, reasonably well paid, insurance for major medical expenses, partially paid world class gym in the bottom of the building, good working environment.
Cons
Limited opportunities for professional development in mid and long term, scholarship support according to the opinion of each area's director, job performance rating and annual bonus somehow subjective.
