      Pros

      They pay well. Less work stress.

      Cons

      Every year they do restructure and remove people in 1 month notice. They hire stating long term contract but in actual they hire for 6 months. After 6 months if no work employees will loose the job. Lots of manual work and very difficult to bring in proper process and automation
