Pros
Burst is an absolute dream employer. From the beginning I have been trusted with major responsibilities and the work culture is positive and enthusiastic. I have never felt more welcomed, trusted and challenged. The leadership is exceptional.
Cons
It's a small start up so we are vulnerable to the market, but so far we are surviving and even growing.
