      The only thing this company is good at, paying at the first day.

      "Oh, the HR team? Just a shining example of professionalism. Truly inspiring behavior—if you're aiming for rock bottom." "Logistic support? What’s that? A myth? Or maybe a luxury reserved for the chosen ones." "Asking for a salary increment? You might as well be asking them to donate a vital organ. It’s practically the same thing." "Ah, the classic after-probation twist: 'Oh, sorry, no increment until six months of being permanent, and oops, July's not here yet.' Such creative excuses—they should win awards for this."

      Salary on first day of the month, PF, Gratuity, Earn leave.

      1. Biased Management no longer values experience and expertise but is influenced by the people of their own syndicate. 2. Internal nasty politics. 3. One man show - no board or higher management can do anything without that person's approval. 3. Only the closest person of that person gets regular promotion, unusual increment and every bit of facilities. 4. HR doesn't have strong footprint for employee welfare. 5. Supervisor's evaluation doesn't reflect on appraisal without higher management goodbook list. 6. There are lots of things I can list but the issue is current authority ruining a very prospective ISP in Bangladesh.
