Poor structure with 'management' not knowing how to manage people properly. Job description did not match up to job role. Poor pay and toxic workplace culture with staff expected to stay past working hours. Pay certainly does not reflect what is expected. Some staff members unprofessional - felt like a horrible high school environment. The novelty of the few 'pros' soon wears off.

Poor work structure, big staff turnover so many new starts on my 1st day. It’s definitely not what you see on social media, job title didn’t match job description. Chaos from day 1 miss communication. Some staff members are genuinely lovely, some unfortunately not very approachable can feel very clicky especially as a new employee. Brendan himself seems lovely though.
