Pros

Great pay for technician and estimator if you are willing to work. Near endless overtime for techs and great commission for estimators that put in the work. The largest restoration company in the world

Cons

Decidedly low pay for project managers considering the work load. 60hrs a week and constant on call make for a poor work environment.

The Tampa office has a great group of employees working together. The GM was hands down the best GM I ever had.

Meeting a few actual hard working people

Cons

It starts with that cry baby in Michigan and trickles down to the local offices. Terrible pay, poor management, unrealistic work expectations, some of the ''project managers'' doing and saying inappropriate things to subordinates and getting away with it for years and just all around terrible atmosphere to work in.

Pros

Spending time at jobs and with clients- not sitting in an office behind a computer all day- develop business in creative ways- create your own schedule- no micromanaging-company vehicle- overall flexibility- some very talented people work here.

Cons

No annual raise-commission structure creates infighting-no companywide procedures (each office operates differently). Unqualified and unprofessional GM- inexperienced and immature regional sales manager- absent regional manager. Favoritism for a small group of people- unfair treatment towards the rest. GM is a bully who likes to embarrasses employees in front of team. HR is there to protect the company, not the employee. Low level of team appreciation other than a cookout once per year-high level of turnover when employees get burned out or overworked. Internal office communication is dysfunctional.

Very relaxed project manager and chill vibes

Cons

No pay raises, horrible benefits, no room for growth in UT, no communication, no accountability, and working with dangerous substances without hazard pay. They charge TI 44 dollars an hour for you to work here and they will barely pay you half.
