Management can be overwhelming, and salary base vary to much... I was getting paid 30% less than other and with better performance

Day-to-day work felt overly corporate and bogged down in red tape, making it hard to be efficient. Upper management operated like a “good ol’ boys club,” which created a lack of diversity and limited advancement opportunities. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, with decisions often made behind closed doors. The sales role was high-pressure with unrealistic expectations, and there wasn’t much genuine support for employees trying to hit targets. Overall, the culture leaned more toward politics than performance.

There is a blaring lack of cultural diversity in positions of management. It really doesn't give the vibes that a person of color could move up and around here.

Low pay, high turnover, poor management.

They underpay and overwork. It is a constant revolving door of staff because they do not provide proper training, proper wages or a safe work environment. They restructured several years ago and since then the company has gone from okay to horrible.

Staff are overworked and underpaid. They are taken advantage of at every opportunity.

Pay is WELL below the standard of living, and NOT competitive with other firms. Management is dysfunctional and condescending. Nepotism runs deep, and they all receive performance-based bonuses, but the actual production employees do not receive anything.
