      Think twice before enter

      Pros

      - Has increased salary (every year) - Easy to enter - Has EPF and SOCSO - Has bonus (depend) - Has medical card - Easy interview

      Cons

      - Management doesn't care about you. - HR is so hard to contact once you enter the company - Salary offer so low with multi-task job - Once you have multiple projects on your shoulders, everyone will envy especially your salary slightly more compared to theirs. - OT only depends on your head of department. Some have and some don't. - Normalise toxic behaviour and attitude - Hard to get a promotion - Normalise disturbing outside work and holidays. Sometimes 1 A.M also be disturbed.

      1.senior agents took good care of you and willing to teach you skills that trainer themselves are lack off. 2. Good place to start from zero experience

      Cons

      1. Micromanaging by admin 2. AL very hard to get approved. Some off days get expired because they don't approve your leave even you applied several times. 3. HR not helping. You work for like 13 hours worth of OT but get paid for 10hours only. Wrongly calculated EPF too. 4. High turn over 5. Very hard to achieve full KPI 6. They just don't listen to your complain. 7. No work life balance 8. Bosses have meeting of weekends, off days and outside working hours too

      Best colleagues and Digital department used to be great

      Cons

      Digital team no longer work professionally. Does not follow industry standard. They relied heavily on AI. Mass hiring on Q4 2025 for Digital department, Suddenly on April 2026, they announced they will downsized the whole Digital department up to 80% due to redundancy. CIO, CTO all replaced with non-IT personnel who plays politic at work. Bad CEO, bad company planning. Probationer does not allowed to take Annual Leave. My confirmation are froze because they don't want to give me compensation/MSS. Instead, I was terminated since I am still unconfirmed staff. I was treated like an enemy of the company once I was shortlisted for termination.
