Pros
1.senior agents took good care of you and willing to teach you skills that trainer themselves are lack off. 2. Good place to start from zero experience
Cons
1. Micromanaging by admin 2. AL very hard to get approved. Some off days get expired because they don't approve your leave even you applied several times. 3. HR not helping. You work for like 13 hours worth of OT but get paid for 10hours only. Wrongly calculated EPF too. 4. High turn over 5. Very hard to achieve full KPI 6. They just don't listen to your complain. 7. No work life balance 8. Bosses have meeting of weekends, off days and outside working hours too
