TL;DR: Keep looking. You are not your work, and there are more companies out there that will show you the respect you deserve and pay you for your work.
The company believes in fear based leadership.
The company's business plan is all over the place. The sales team was not adequately trained to understand the company's strategic direction or the plans to get there. Things like this need to be in writing and readily available to the sales group. There was no documented sales process or procedure. Every deal was ad hoc, so there was never a clear path to execute a deal.
Compensation is a complete mess- specifically commission. It seems to change quarter to quarter, and never to the sales team's benefit. Rarely is the sales team able to understand or forecast commission take-home.
From the mental health perspective, be prepared to be micromanaged. Be prepared to be told how to do your job. Be prepared to have your grammar edited in emails. Be prepared what to say or not to say on calls (via slack, during the call.) Be prepared to waste time on prep calls with no goal or agenda. Be prepared to have repeating internal meetings that provide little or no value.
I felt inadequate here, almost every day. The feeling of dread with every email, every slack, every buzz of my phone, led to immobilization and lack of action.
Think twice about submitting your resume to this company. This place is not healthy, happy, or going to provide you a fulfilling work experience with upward mobility. My perception was the company lacks clear business direction, which left me feeling concerned about the longevity of the company.
