Work with experienced professionals who are excited and interested in the work that they do. Avanti Vision has a fun laid back environment with a mindset to grow and succeed. It is a great company to learn and gain quality work experience. They are a great company with a lot of potential and would recommend their services to everyone.
Cons
Start up/ young company that is still growing. Also finding parking for the office can be difficult at times
