      Stay Aware - Don't be fooled by the title and big talk

      Pros

      If you've been in either true sales (base salary w/comp plan) then this is not the place I recommend. There is no SaaS in place. Your going door-to-door pitching Verizon Fios to homeowners.!!!

      Cons

      Long hours - 11am to 8:30pm including Sat's from 9:30 - 4pm. All comp based on how many homeowners sign up. No benefits, salary etc. You do not get reimbursed for mileage you put on your own car driving each day going to different towns/communities pitching door-to-door and the routes can vary from 10miles to 20miles each way. The most one would probably make initially the first few weeks could be like $800 dollars working over 100+ hours those weeks. That's less than $8 an hour minus the cost of gas.

      Pros

      The management makes one feel included. High energy staff and a lot to learn! Being an international student myself, I really enjoy the amount of diversity available in the staff with people coming from all parts of the world!

      Cons

      Like many organizations, there are times when adapting to rapid industry changes can be challenging.
