      Pros

      Even thought they are giving after termination of project, they willing give salary for two month.

      Cons

      They fired 70 employees on same day among those so many are going to complete their first month in this company. If the doesn't have any multiple projects why they hired so many people's in the span of three to four months.

It's not advisable to join this organization, as the HR department primarily acts as a rubber stamp for management decisions and can be insensitive to employee concerns. No work life balance
