      Pros

      Many small businesses aren't able to offer career advancement opportunities. AtNetPlus is growing steadily and as a result, there are new roles being created that allow employees new experiences and challenges. Also, the company core values are truly what guides the business. This makes for a healthy company culture and positive work environment.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the business, there can be some stress to ensure that we respond to clients quickly.

      Pros

      You see everything in your scope of work as well as everyone else’s scope of work. Higher tiered employees have little to manage compared to entry level workers regardless of the volume of service requests.

      Cons

      Little to no promotions. Lack of interest in employee retainment regarding workers that do all the work for the company. Seem to just be worried worried about numbers and even those won’t do much for your career growth.

      Pros

      This is the type of place where people help each other learn. If you don't know how to do something, just ask and another employee or manager will show you and help you learn new things. Plus, one of the owners brings his dog to work and she's awesome!! Laid back atmosphere and you can work remote, too.

      Cons

      I always wish for maybe 2 extra personal days off.
