Pros
Great workmates. You get to push your ideas across. Part of an exciting larger media company. Stability is (almost) a guarantee.
Cons
Upward mobility is extremely limited within the company structure. Favouritism. There is a mould you would have to fit in to do well. Change is incredibly difficult to push for. The product has remained largely unchanged over the last x years. Sometimes, Group's expectations are nonsensical.
