Pros

Free coffee and tea and varity of food near office

Cons

Management sucks. Bosses dont see eye to eye at times and will take it out on you. Scolding people without finding out what happened. Delegating so many tasks even though you already cannot handle - and without proper instructions. Says there will be guidance but do not know if things they do are legitimate. Distinct favouritism shown. SO MUCH STRESS.

Pros

They treat you good if you do things right.

Cons

High-pressure environment with very formal HR processes. New employees, including myself, received formal allegation notices during probation, which could have been avoided with clearer expectations and support.

Pros

Convenient location and great food options.

Cons

The ratio of qualified versus unqualified staff is an eye opener. Many overseas staff engaged to do the backend work except putting their name down legitimately as well. It is a race to the bottom for the cheapest price, the cheapest package, Hence, it is also a place where young pp are cherished even if make mistakes.
