      Pay was decent to high

      Cons

      No structure. Never knew who to go to with issues. Patients sometimes created an unsafe atmosphere with no plans in place to address. The housing side makes no sense, people are discharged without clinical involvement. Clinicians are basically babysitters so the owner can shove as many people into PHP group therapy to maximize billing potential. I started with high hopes and left afraid of having my reputation attached to it.

      pay for employees seems decent

      patients dont get what they need staff quit left n right or get let go n the owner has been sued for doin illegal stuff in other state n we all kno this cause patients showed us all the articles online. all thAt matters is money nothing else avoid this place it is just a cash cow n wont be round long if i had guess things r constantly crazy n patients r in group 7 hrs a day n housing is pretty bad from what we hear
