Pros

Appiness has a good team of content writers (especially to post positive reviews on platforms like Glassdoor).

Cons

Employee has to pay PF for both employer and employee contribution No leader, all are dictators Max 3 months, after that they will fire There are very few people working at Appiness for more than 3yrs, they don’t have goal in their life.

Pros

1. You'll meet a bunch of people who are nice & friendly 2. They celebrate festivals and occasions like Fresher's Day, Diwali, Christmas, Founders' Day to name a few 3. Reimbursements are credited on time with no questions asked 4. HR is understanding & friendly 5. Technical Lead and COO (Co-Founder of Digital Brand Manager, AVP) are the only people who have leadership and entrepreneurial skills

Cons

1. Waste of time and efforts for experienced people 2. Salary is lower than market standards. For this also they will keep on reminding you in every meeting that they are paying your salary 3. Comfortable place for Developers, Testers and other Technical employees as Founding Team is not from the Technical background so any developer can fool them with work being done in 5 days which can be easily finished in a day or 2 4. Sales Team, Project Managers and Content Writers are not at all appreciated for their efforts by the Leadership Board, instead are micromanaged by Leadership Board professionally & personally 5. Unrealistic targets are given to the Sales team with ultimate pressure by Leadership who themselves don't have a proven track record of potential closures 6. Alternate Saturdays off (You might have to work for 3 Saturdays in a row in case of any holiday coming in between) 7. No leaves are allowed (Anyway they'll take it out from your salary, still will make you count) 8. Long working hours (9:00 AM IST - 6:30 PM IST), if you get late by 15min. they are going to cut it from your salary stating half day leave 9. HR Team or Finance Team has no authority to make a decision of their own, they just act as a mediator between CEO and Employees 10. Job Security is not there for the Sales team, they can get fired at any point in time 11. In this era also they believe in Quantity over Quality (If you are in Sales Team, they'll keep on asking you about the number of calls, emails rather than asking about positive responses, feedbacks, meetings or conversions) 12. HR doesn't follow any HR process, they only follow the orders of Co-Founders 13. Unless you are in a Managerial position, you have to come on time and stay till 6:30 PM even if you have completed your work before 6:30 PM 14. Over the past 6 years, they are in the market and are at the same stage, they are just going with the flow without any proper vision, no wonder they are not growing 15. Only people who can survive in this toxic environment are the people who will agree with the Bosses be it wrong or right 16. They don't just provide their employees with the worst professional experiences, they provide their clients or customers with that too by not giving them proper value 17. Leadership Board shouldn't call themselves Entrepreneurs when they cannot respect their employees and cannot understand their urge of learning and giving opinions 18. You may be shifted to any other profile in a few months based on no tangible or experience

Pros

I joined with 1 year experience in MNC and after joining here it was stressful initially but now after 1 year i must tell i have learnt and grown better than my ex-colleagues. Best thing happened this year when the management announced that it will be 5 days working from 2019 and this resolved the only issue that i had in maintaining work-life balance.

Cons

After changing the policy from Alternate saturdays working to 5 days working - I have no issues here.
