Nice people. Very flexible working. Fun social events. Very supportive if you're struggling with work/have any personal issues. Work is rarely boring as new features are constantly being added. Perks such as a Macbook Pro, home office set-up budget and a Udemy Business subscription.
Cons
The dev team is quite small so opportunities to work with/learn from more experienced colleagues are limited.
