I am an employee of App Innovation Technologies, and I would like to provide an honest review of the company based on my personal experience and the actual situation within the organization. 1) ⚠ This is waste of time to read about this company. If you are interested in reading more about this company, please continue ⚠ 2) There is no cafeteria or coffee break area available, which can be frustrating. 🤦♂️ 3) Regarding working hours ⌚, the company does not adhere to a fixed schedule. Employees may find themselves working 24x7, and a minimum of 14 to 16 hours a day is expected, even if you do not prefer it. 4) The work culture appears to promote a hierarchical and authoritarian structure, which is a source of dissatisfaction among employees. 😡 they follow the slave and master culture over there and also they are happy and proud about it. 😡 5) Employees are expected to log in at 9:50 AM. Any delay, even by a minute, can lead to inquiries from multiple individuals. 6) There is no privacy for personal time. If you spend more than 5 minutes in the restroom, you may be questioned or even have someone knocking on the door, although this is a rare occurrence. 7) The company shows no concern for personal or family situations, prioritizing tasks above all else, even in emergencies such as being in the ICU 🏥. 8) Some teams, which I won't name, consist of individuals with poor behavior and a lack of empathy, making work difficult for others and causing distress. They seem to exist solely to take advantage of the situation. 9) While some employees seem content to conform to a subservient role, most others find this difficult to accept, as it goes against normal human dignity. 10) Even if you endure these unfavorable conditions for a couple of years, there is no guarantee of a proper release or exit process. 11) If you submit your resignation, you will be treated as though you no longer exist, isolated from the team and unable to communicate with other members. 12) The company collects your academic records at the time of joining. Many employees' documents are still with the company because they left due to the challenging work environment. 13) Employees are only considered valuable when their presence is required for specific tasks, revealing the true nature of the company and its owners towards the end of their service. 14) Regarding salary, if you are not punctual during the interview process, you may receive a compensation package that is even lower than a daily wage. 15) If you have read this review in its entirety, it's likely that you are also part of AIT.
