You are told what they want you to hear they make it sound like you are joining a fantastic company. This only lasts a short time before the micro managing kicks in makes no odds if you are hitting target you will be pulled for spending to much time with customers not visiting more customers. They have lost over 12 reps in a year some of the best because unless the toxic non experienced managers have not got full control of you it’s game over they will drive you to leaving. Mental health is an issue they drive most of the staff to breaking point yet they tell you they are all for mental health what a joke. If you respect your mental health stay clear of this company .
