      Some hard working co-workers, the break room used to be a closet and the bathrooms stink, don't use any leave time unless you want to be the first one laid off. Bad environment and culture

      No job security ,Frequent layoffs, bad management , Just ask any staffing agency in the area! Low pay and benefits

      Great Team, Great Management

      Anacomp is a laid back place to work. I've learned a lot since I started here and I feel as if it's a great place to grow. Generous pay and the benefits are great.

      None-yet - it's a small company and that may be a con for some but not for me.

      I would say getting a check, but Im still waiting on mine! Didn’t get the opportunity to use benefits!

      Very unorganized! From H.R. on down to rude supervisor that you can barely understand! Unrealistic goals to meet, especially when you dont have proper supplies or set up! Im still waiting right now on my 1st paycheck that I believe they are conveniently holding (saying it was mailed) but payday was Nov 1st an here it is Nov 11th an I keep getting run around!! Please dont waste your time working here! An I was desperate for a job! I drove 45min back an forth to this place! Never again!!!!

We spend a great deal of time during the interview process discussing Anacomp%E2%80%99s mission and what is expected of all employees in regards to goals, quality and attendance. Applicants are also given a full tour of the facility so that they can see the production floor and the teams at work. As with any job, not all jobs are a good fit for all people.       Horrible, disrespectful, don't work here!

      the only good thing about this job was the former Operations Manager who was just recently fired. No other good things to speak of.

      Cons

      They have absolutely no respect for their employees. They fire people indiscriminately. Poor benefits. Expectations change daily and without warning. The facility is in desperate need of attention and the women's bathroom is just disgusting.

We need to be flexible to support our customers as their priorities change, often with little advance notice. Open two way communication is essential and the management team is committed to clear, proactive communication. It is also every employee’s responsibility to raise their questions and concerns with their supervisor. If items are not reported to management, we cannot address them.       I worked with a lot of great people here. Some were great mentor and friends who taught me a lot of my troubleshooting skills. At the time of hire there were good benefits and a generous 401K match.

      Cons

      Was expected to be on call, which kinda goes with the territory. Benefits were slowly lessened until the point at which we were sold to Decision One.

      The best reasons to work for Anacomp are the people. I have enjoyed most everyone I've worked with and everyone is very respectful and thoughtful towards everyone else. I have an amazing, intelligent boss and my co-workers are very helpful and great team members. The projects are challenging and I enjoy coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      It would be nice if the benefits package were a little less expensive, however it is nice to have the benefits we do have and they aren't priced unreasonably. The current timeclock system is poor but it is being changed out, so soon this will hopefully become a pro.
