Pros

My co-workers were nice and atmosphere was quiet.

Cons

This is the worse place to work. They keep an unrealistic quota for doing files. They don't let you know if your not doing well they just call you when you get home and tell you not to come back. It is very cold at this job and they have a very high turn over rate the people I met in training had only been their a week. I wonder what happen to the other people that worked there before them. They told me in the interview the job was permanent but when I was hired they said it was temporary. I recommend no one work for this job. I am glad I am not their anymore.

We are sincerely sorry that we didn’t do a better job explaining to you during your phone interview, in-person interviews and tour that repetition and goals go along with any production based positions. Thankfully we have been the “right” job for many dedicated employees and we are elated to have a production team in place whose average tenure is 3.6 years. That says a lot considering we have only been at our Maryland Heights/St. Louis location for 4 years. Pros

I would say getting a check, but Im still waiting on mine! Didn’t get the opportunity to use benefits!

Cons

Very unorganized! From H.R. on down to rude supervisor that you can barely understand! Unrealistic goals to meet, especially when you dont have proper supplies or set up! Im still waiting right now on my 1st paycheck that I believe they are conveniently holding (saying it was mailed) but payday was Nov 1st an here it is Nov 11th an I keep getting run around!! Please dont waste your time working here! An I was desperate for a job! I drove 45min back an forth to this place! Never again!!!!
