Open two way communication is essential and the management team is committed to clear, proactive communication. It is also every employee’s responsibility to raise their questions and concerns with their supervisor. If items are not reported to management, we cannot address them. We will address your concerns about the facility and encourage you to discuss any other questions with your supervisor.
